Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and clear communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares medications for pharmacist review before dispensing.
• Labels IV admixtures and maintains related records.
• Packages dry/liquid orals and small volume injectables for unit-dose use.
• Delivers medications to patient care areas within required timeframes.
• Ensures items are billed correctly and removed expired medications from inventory.
• Processes transfers and discharges per dept. procedures.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
