Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Skills: Basic math calculations and computer skills. Effective communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assists the pharmacists with support activities and processes related to medication distribution.
• Receives medication and other supplies for storage and stocks AMDCs or areas where medications are stored.
• Prepares, packages, and labels medications to be dispensed to patients.
• Compounds non-sterile products per USP <795> and may perform sterile compounding per USP <797> guidance.
