Job summary

Children’s Colorado is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support inpatient or outpatient pharmacy operations under the direction of a licensed pharmacist. The role involves preparing medications, inventory management, and using pharmacy software to ensure accuracy.

The position requires a high school diploma, Colorado PHAT certification, and NABP/PTCB/NHA认证. Shift includes rotating days/evenings with weekends and holidays; benefits and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• State of Colorado Pharmacy Technician (PHAT) Certification.
• Certification through NABP/PTCB/NHA as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepares medication for dispensing/patient administration per hospital policy.
• Assist in inventory management, restock medications as needed, handle cycle counts and unit inspections.
• Prepare medications through pharmacy software, verify lot and expiration numbers.
