Children’s Hospital Colorado is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support dispensing and patient care. Under the direction of a licensed pharmacist, you will prepare medications, assist with safety programs, and participate in inventory management in a busy hospital environment.
The role requires Colorado PHAT certification and NABP/PTCB/NHA-approved credentials, with eligibility for shift differentials and a 40-hour workweek. Benefits and career development opportunities are provided.
Under the direction of a licensed pharmacist and following established policies and procedures, the Pharmacy Technician performs a variety of technical procedures to support pharmacy operations.
40, eligible for benefits
Variable, rotating day and evening shifts weekly as determined by department need.
5:00am-1:30pm, 6:00am-2:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm
1 weekend per month (every 4th weekend), rotation determined by business need and training
2 major holidays per year
Hourly Range: $22.50 to $30.21 *
Based on hours worked per week and years of experience.
Position is eligible for shift differentials (evening & weekend).
Relocation assistance available for qualified external applicants
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
