Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN seeks a full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician for our 340B Department. The role requires National Certification (PTCB or NHA) and TN Pharmacy Technician licensure.

You will perform technical pharmacy tasks, prepare unit-dose medications, and support IV admixture and dispensing activities. The technician will work under a licensed pharmacist, ensure accurate medication distribution, maintain records, and assist in inventory and patient care activities while

Qualifications

Successful completion of Pharmacy Technician program or equivalent education.
PTCB/NHA certification as Pharmacy Technician (Upon Hire).
Minimum 1 year experience as Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

Provides assistance and performs technical pharmacy services under supervision of licensed pharmacist.
Prepares unit dose medications and fills unit dose carts.
Calculates, weighs and compounds ingredients for non-sterile products.
Prepares, labels and documents IV products and uses aseptic technique.
Presents filled orders to the Pharmacist for review and posts charges into the system.
