Qualifications
- PharmD from ACPE-accredited school.
- Colorodo pharmacist license active.
- 3–5+ years hospital pharmacy experience required.
- Experience with antimicrobial stewardship, medication safety, and clinical pharmacy services.
- Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate or equivalent training required on or after hire.
Responsibilities
- Drive medication safety and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives.
- Manage smart infusion pump drug libraries.
- Oversee EHR medication content and clinical decision support.
- Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, providers, and nursing to optimize medication use.
