You will partner with pharmacists, providers, nursing, and leadership to drive safety and evidence-based practice in a dynamic hospital setting.

The role requires a PharmD from an ACPE-accredited school and an active Colorado license, with 3–5+ years of hospital pharmacy experience and a focus on antimicrobial

Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor / Hospital Pharmacy Clinical Manager
