Qualifications

• Licensed as a pharmacist in Washington state.
• Advanced degree (MS or PharmD) preferred.
• ASHP accredited residency program completed or first-year program pending.
• 5 years hospital pharmacy experience in professional or technical role.
• 3 years in pharmacy managerial, supervisory or lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication distribution processes and security.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and USP <797>/<800> compliance.
• Manage budget and personnel including hiring and competency assessment.
• Provide leadership to supervisory, professional, and technical staff.

Education

Pharmacist license in Washington
