Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Director-level pharmacy administrator to lead the pharmacy services function for an assigned operating unit. You will define policies, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to corporate goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include developing procedures, budgeting, and driving performance metrics across the department. Michigan licensing must be obtained within 3 months of start.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of pharmacy administration experience in a hospital setting.
• Two to three years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Michigan pharmacist license or eligibility required within 3 months of entry.

Responsibilities

• Directs personnel, operations, and finances for the pharmacy services function.
• Develops and revises policies and procedures in collaboration with management.
• Ensures compliance with laws, audits, and budgetary goals.
• Oversees budget development and performance metrics.
