Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
• Valid Alabama Controlled Substance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders in an electronic health record.
• Provide clinical dosing and pharmacokinetic monitoring (e.g., antibiotics, anticoagulation).
• Support safe and efficient medication use across inpatient units and ED.
• Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians.
• Serve as a clinical resource for providers and nursing staff.
