Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent pharmacist experience.
• Active applicable state pharmacist license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense medication orders.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services, including therapy management.
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize medication regimens.
• Monitor patient outcomes and medication safety.
• Oversee compounding activities and compliance.
• Support pharmacy technicians and interns.
