Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking a Pharmacist to join the PHARMACY department in a third-shift role. The pharmacist will support physicians and nurses in pharmacotherapy decisions and work closely with technicians to ensure accurate medication delivery and effective inventory management.

Experience in hospital pharmacy and Epic Pyxis experience are preferred. Candidates should hold a Pharmacy degree (Bachelors or PharmD) and be licensed in the relevant state(es) or acquire licensure within 90

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medications, pharmacology, and dosage ranges across neonatal to geriatric patients.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy or residency training preferred.

Responsibilities
