Formación

• CA Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience in inpatient hospital or infusion center.
• Experience with sterile compounding.
• Experience with infusion/chemotherapy.
• Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical judgment and pharmaceutical care.
• Distribute medications per policies and regulations.
• Identify and resolve drug-related problems.
• Support departmental service excellence and patient care.
