Responsibilities

• Perform professional, clinical and/or technical competencies of the Accounting Department and Payroll Subdivision.
• Review and enter HR spreadsheet retroactive changes into UKG Pro and Workday – job, work rule, department.
• Assist with handling unclaimed property.
• Receive and process requests for corrections to paychecks.
• Run/audit processes in UKG Pro and Workday.
• Assist with notifications from banks regarding potential direct deposit issues (closed accounts, incorrect numbers).
• Handle special assignments and other duties within Payroll deadlines.
• Demonstrate the required competencies of the assigned unit or department.
