The University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking a Payroll Specialist at Broadmoor Campus to manage garnishments, child support withholdings, and related audits. You will notify employees, remit to outside entities, and reconcile differences while maintaining confidentiality.

You will work with Kronos/UKG and Workday to enter changes, process retroactive adjustments, and support payroll staff with accurate remittances and corrections as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 2 or more years of office and clerical experience.
• 2 or more years of experience in multi-state garnishment, child support, tax levy, and student loan processing experience.

Aufgaben

• Handle garnishments, levies and child support orders with confidentiality from receipt to employee notification.
• Enter manual checks for garnishment/child support/tax levy refunds and time card retros.
• Review and enter HR spreadsheet retroactive changes into Kronos/UKG and Workday – job, work rule, department.
• Prepare check requests for remittance of payments related to garnishments, levies, child support, etc.
• Assist with unclaimed property handling and corrections to paychecks.
• Run/audit Kronos/UKG and Workday processes and coordinate with banks on direct deposit issues.
