TouchPoint Support Services is hiring immediately for a PATIENT TRANSPORTER at Henry Ford St. John Hospital, 22101 Moross Rd., Detroit, MI 48236. This is a part-time role with Monday–Friday schedule and alternating weekends/holidays.

There are no formal requirements; training will be provided. The fixed pay rate is $15.00 per hour, and duties include safe and timely transport of patients and equipment, with coordination with nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients and equipment safely and timely.
• Use wheelchairs and rolling stock as needed.
• Communicate with nursing staff, clinicians, and dispatch.
• Ensure patient comfort and privacy; maintain dignity.
• Report equipment needing repairs and malfunctions.
• Adhere to HIPAA and patient rights policies.
