Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Dispatcher at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, VA. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Prior patient transporter and dispatch experience required to join our team.

The dispatcher coordinates patient transportation requests, assigns transporters, monitors dispatch quality, and supports departments to ensure timely service and patient safety. Benefits available for full-time staff.

• Must have prior patient transportation experience.
• Must have prior dispatcher experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors patient transportation services through timely dispatch.
• Assigns transporters, monitors availability and completion of tasks.
• Provides quality customer service to patients and staff.
• Liaises between Patient Transportation and other departments.
• Ensures timely dispatch of transport requests and high staff productivity.
