Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Dispatcher at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, VA. The position runs Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm, with prior patient transporter and dispatch experience required.

• Prior patient transporter experience required.
• Prior dispatch experience required.
• Ability to coordinate and monitor transport requests.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and monitors Patient Transportation services through timely dispatch of requests.
• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Directs transporters to ensure timely completion of tasks and effective use of staff.
• Resolves issues related to patient, visitor, staff or employee complaints.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
