Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow batch cooking to keep foods appetizing, hot, and properly portioned.
• Ensure proper temperatures for hot and cold foods; deliver to patient trays and cafeteria.
• Maintain sanitation and use proper ware washing techniques.
• Attend daily production meetings with the production manager.
