LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a healthcare network in Carmel, IN to recruit for a Patient Intake Coordinator on a contract-to-hire basis. The role involves assisting patients, confirming demographics and insurance details, and guiding patient flow within the hospital environment.

Hours are 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM on a rotating schedule with alternating weekends, totaling about 40 hours per week. The pay rate is $16.00 per hour, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, life

• Previous medical insurance experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Float between all floors of the hospital to register inpatient patients.
• Confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients.
• Maintain professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service.
• Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients.
• Facilitate patient flow from point of entry to the destination.
