Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a PART TIME PATIENT DINING ASSOCIATE (DIETARY AIDE) at UM St Joseph Medical Center in Towson, MD. Shift options include 11:00 am–7:30 pm or 2:30 pm–7:30 pm with rotating weekends.

The role requires customer service experience and involves meal assembly, delivery, and patient assistive support. Pay is $18.70 per hour with full benefits for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and ensure orders comply with nutritional requirements.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain clean work stations.
• Collaborate with dietitians and caregivers to address allergies and preferences.
• Complete required daily/weekly/monthly reports and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
