Qualificações

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant credential preferred or required per unit.
• AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent.
• Completion of foundations/clinical nursing course and one clinical rotation.
• Experience within a healthcare environment.
• Nursing Aide Training Program or EMT or Military Corpsman/Medic acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe and direct care to patients in assigned unit with age-appropriate adjustments.
• Monitor patients' conditions and provide updates to health care team.
• Deliver care per nursing and hospital policy and procedure.
• Maintain a safe, clean, stocked environment to support patient needs.
• Record patient information including vital signs, intake/output, and other data.
• Assist with specimens collection for diagnostic tests as needed.
• Attend mandatory trainings and participate in safety initiatives.
• Establish rapport with patients, families, and health care team; respond to instructions.
