Competenze

• Reads, writes, and understands English well to perform duties safely and effectively.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing or healthcare-related program or graduate of a healthcare-related program preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; Patient Mobility course within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer use for online forms and training.

Mansioni

• Assist nursing staff and support patient experience and throughput.
• Perform Unit Clerk duties and stock unit supplies.
• Assist with mobility of patients and hourly rounding.
• Respond to call lights and ensure patient belongings and readiness for discharge.
• Transport supplies and discharged patients; support care givers within scope.
• Act as a patient safety assistant and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
