Job summary

LIFELINK FOUNDATION is seeking a Hospital Development Liaison 1 to build and maintain relationships with hospitals to maximize referrals and donations. The role requires a 2–4 year college degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously across assigned service areas in Puerto Rico.

The position involves travel, coordinating with HD leadership, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Public speaking and interpersonal communication skills demonstrated.
• Ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Autonomy to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to lift 1–30 pounds and perform related duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain hospital relationships to maximize referrals and donations.
• Implement hospital development plans based on data analysis and goals.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and LifeLink teams to coordinate activities.
• Analyze current activity data to identify new focus areas and opportunities.
• Participate in QA/Performance Improvement activities.
