Qualifications

• 3 years directly related experience
• Ability to supervise staff and manage schedules

• Valid NM Driver's License required
• UNM Vehicle Operator's Permit within 60 days

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, schedule work assignments and correct deficiencies
• Monitor expenditures and prepare reports; contribute to service plans
• Provide parking control and remove unauthorized vehicles in patient/employee areas
• Respond to safety hazards and maintain a secure environment
• Provide training and orientation for new employees
• Participate in new-hire interviews and act as a role model
• Liaise between staff, patients and visitors to facilitate communication
• Prepare periodic reports for administration as required
