Job summary

Beacon Health System is seeking a Maintenance Painter responsible for preparing, painting and maintaining interior surfaces within the hospital facilities in Elkhart, Indiana. Qualifications

• Knowledge of different types of paint and proper uses.
• Drywall/plaster repair knowledge.
• Vinyl wall coverings knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain interior surfaces and structures to extend life and appearance.
• Install plaster walls and ceilings and drywall construction.
• Perform basic PM tasks by due date and according to procedures.
• Complete work orders within 3 days of assignment or as directed by management.
• Order and stock materials for smooth facility operation; organize stock storage.
