Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Leader to provide strategic direction and ensure continuity of high-quality patient care in emergent hospital settings across multiple facilities in Texas.

You will communicate expectations, supervise clinical and office staff, and drive compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as licensing standards. The role oversees nursing, lab, radiology, pharmacy, and front office operations, conducts RCA for patient safety, manages budgets,

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state; BLS/ACLS/PALS as appropriate.
• 3+ years of progressive management in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, supervision, guidance and coaching for hospital staff.
• Lead patient safety initiatives, RCA with PDCA, and report incidents.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and licensing standards.
• Manage budgets, supervise multiple functional areas, and oversee staffing levels.
• Oversee staff performance evaluations and participate in inspections.
