Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• 3 years nursing experience.

• Basic computer skills.
• BLS/ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and workforce deployment across all shifts.
• Coordinate patient movement and flow with unit leaders.
• Serve as liaison for non-onsite leadership during off-hours.
