• Leave every general system a little better than you found it.
• Turn ambiguous Process Improvement requests into shipped, measurable outcomes.
• Earn the trust to make deeply technical judgment calls without a committee.
• Step in on additional duties that support the wider VentureLab mission.
• Make the deeply technical call when the data points two different directions.
• Track key metrics and report findings to your manager each week.
• Keep VentureLab's Rockford, IL site running while improvements ship underneath.
