• Hand off Coaching work clean enough that nobody has to ask twice
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon
• Spot the San Diego pattern in feedback before it becomes a complaint
• Push back, respectfully, when a Multitasking shortcut will cost us later
• Run point on general incidents until they're truly resolved
