Job summary

HCA West Florida Division seeks a Director of Operations to lead program management and operations for Hospital Based Services. You will own implementation methods, standardize processes, and drive portfolio performance across multiple hospitals in the Sarasota–St. Petersburg–Tampa area.

You will coordinate with executives to develop manuals, orientation programs, and annual reviews, while mentoring project managers and supporting growth initiatives with physician recruitment and HR functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years project and/or program management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs all activities related to new program operations/implementation.
• Collaborates with leadership to create manuals, policies and orientations.
• Manages IHBS project portfolio and approval processes with executives.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for staff.
