Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the Departments of Surgery and Plastic Surgery.
• Develop operational workflows, policies and procedures, and staff development activities.
• Prepare operational and capital budgets and monitor variances.
• Collaborate with executives to drive cost containment and revenue opportunities.
• Lead accreditation and quality initiatives to ensure standards compliance.

Education

Master's degree in business administration, health care administration or related field

5 years' related management and budget administration experience
