Job summary

Miami Children’s Hospital is seeking a Nursing - Management leader to act on behalf of the Health System management team around the clock, ensuring operational oversight and crisis response. You will serve as the administrative liaison to patients, families, staff and external customers, and ensure effective communication across departments.

The role requires a BSN, Florida RN licensure (or eNLC), CPR/BLS, and at least 3 years of clinical RN experience, with preference for pediatric leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Registered Nurse licensure in Florida or eNLC maintained.
• CPR/BLS certification maintained.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and documents information to administration and department leadership.
• Coordinates triage and resource allocation with ED, bed control, and executive team.
• Oversees staffing planning and optimizes resources.
• Investigates safety and risk issues and intervenes in incidents involving patients, staff, or visitors.
• Leads and supports management responsibilities and rounds to maintain visibility and quality service.
