Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT is seeking a part-time Food Service associate to support patient meal tray assembly, delivery, cashiering, and basic food prep in Culinary Services.

Shifts are early morning (5:00 AM–2:30 PM), with a pay rate of $17.68–$22.99 hourly. Barista experience is preferred; certification (Food Handler or ServSafe) required by day one where applicable.

Formación

• Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification required by first day of work (Utah/Idaho)
• Demonstrated ability to work with modified diets (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Delivers and presents trays to patients using the standard process.
• Performs food preparation functions per system standards (salads, sandwiches, vegetables, fruit).
• Follows standardized Nutrition Services practices (dining experience, meal delivery, stock levels).
• Performs housekeeping tasks including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, floors, equipment.
• Handles cash/credit transactions per system standards and resolves basic customer service issues.
