Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Cincinnati is seeking a Facility Nursing Supervisor to maintain continuity of patient care in the absence of unit managers. The role leads hospital staff across units, ensuring safe, high-quality care and efficient operations.

You will assign care, evaluate performance, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, respond to emergencies, and uphold our mission and nursing practice standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice (required).
• BLS Basic Life Support certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates hospital personnel to maintain safe, continuous care.
• Assigns patient care based on staff ability and patient needs.
• Evaluates care and provides feedback to staff.
• Escalates issues through chain of command and responds to emergencies.
