Our Care Traffic Control Center (CTCC) manages operations across all hospital campuses, ensuring efficient patient flow and staffing. Our team includes nursing supervisors and staffing coordinators who monitor unit activity and staffing needs, emphasizing teamwork, communication, safety, and learning. We are dedicated to providing outstanding care to our patients and families.
The Hospital Nursing Supervisor (HNS) oversees hospital activities, providing leadership and coordination during assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include managing personnel, hospital administrative functions, patient placement, and staffing. The HNS acts as a key liaison, resolving operational and clinical issues, and escalating concerns to on-call leadership when necessary. They also investigate incidents and support staff, physicians, patients, and families.
The salary range is competitive and considers market data, candidate skills, experience, and organizational needs. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and shift differentials or premium pay for night, weekend, or on-call work. Employment is contingent upon completing health assessments, background checks, drug screens, and verifying employment eligibility.
