Mercy Health in Ohio is seeking a House Supervisor for Kings Mills Hospital to maintain continuity of patient care in the absence of unit nurse managers. This leadership role oversees nursing staff, assigns patient care, and ensures safe, efficient operations across units.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license, BSN preferred, and a track record in nurse leadership, staff coordination, and collaboration with physicians. Mercy Health offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; RN licensure required in state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership/charge nurse experience preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS required; ACLS/PALS desired.
• Strong collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams expected.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and coordinates hospital staff to ensure safe, efficient care.
• Makes patient care assignments based on staff ability and patient needs.
• Evaluates care given by others and provides feedback and coaching.
• Maintains accountability for own and delegated care; adheres to standards.
• Escalates issues through chain of command and coordinates with ROC/leadership.
• Oversees patient care across units and participates in emergency response.
