Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear incident reports and maintain communication with site leadership and emergency responders.
