Job summary

North Shore Medical Center, part of Mass General Brigham, seeks a Materials Handler to ensure supplies, equipment and materials are received and distributed daily. This onsite role supports patient care and hospital operations in Salem, MA.

Responsibilities include restocking, proper storage, and data entry into the Materials Management system. Requirements: high school diploma, 2–3 years inventory experience, and a valid Class D driver\'s license. Schedule is 32 hours weekly; benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2–3 years Materials Management/Inventory experience required.
• Class D Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Restocks using proper rotation and organization; ensure correct storage and location of stock items.
• Properly handles and stores sterile items to maintain sterility.
• Receives all materials delivered to the facility by vendors; maintains organized storage areas.
• Data enters orders and receipts into the Materials Management computer system; performs related tasks.
