Job summary

Qualifications

• Warehousing, inventory control, and deliveries required.
• Healthcare materials coordination preferred.
• Experience with loading dock operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital supply environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, verifies, and accepts or rejects supplies and equipment.
• Interfaces with shipping drivers and personnel.
• Coordinates receiving and shipping on loading dock.
• Maintains inventory records and adequate supply levels in patient areas.
• Maintains safe, clean loading dock and storeroom.
• Maintains computer inventory system and performs data entry.
• Takes periodic inventories and investigates discrepancies.
• Assists Materials Manager with operations and special projects.
• Responds to department calls and maintains confidentiality.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
