Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects, verifies, and accepts or rejects supplies and equipment delivered to the Hospital.
• Interfaces with shipping/delivery drivers and personnel.
• Coordinates receiving and shipping activities on the loading dock area.
• Maintains inventory records and ensures adequate stock in patient areas and other locations.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized loading dock and storeroom environment.
• Coordinates with user departments on storage and delivery of supplies and equipment.
• Performs data entry for inventory transactions and master file maintenance.
• Assists Materials Manager with departments operations and special initiatives.
