You will partner closely with the Medical Director and Regional Leadership to ensure the hospital consistently delivers high-quality patient care and outstanding service to both clients and referring veterinarians.
The Hospital Manager is responsible for leading client service operations, administrative functions, and business performance of the hospital. This includes oversight of staffing, client experience, financial outcomes, and day-to-day operations.
You will serve as a key leader in fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture across the hospital.
