Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager for Mason Animal Hospital to lead daily operations, guide a collaborative veterinary team, and drive financial health. You will oversee staffing, client service, and strategic initiatives within a small-animal, AAHA-accredited practice.

You will mentor professionals, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal specialists to ensure exceptional patient care and continuous growth.

• Proven experience managing a P&L and driving results.
• Background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
