Job summary

Mission Pet Health seeks a Hospital Manager to lead operations at our Double Oak, TX hospital. You will drive financial health, oversee staffing, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional patient and client care.

This role emphasizes growth, collaboration, and a culture that puts people first. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing development, while partnering with leadership to align hospital goals with the broader Mission Pet Health network.

Qualifications

  • Must have proven experience managing a P&L.
  • Experience recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
  • Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Previous management experience in veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environments is required.
