Qualifications

• Complete knowledge of physical plant within four weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and light HVAC work.
• Test and inspect physical plant equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Carry out janitorial duties with minimal supervision.
