Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Complete repairs/modifications related to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility issues.
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following policies and regulations.
• Assist with facility upkeep, inspections, and general repairs.
• Document completed work and report ongoing maintenance needs.
• Support department operations and complete additional duties as assigned.
