Berkshire Medical Center is hiring a Full-time Maintenance Technician for BMC Engineering. You will perform routine maintenance across hospital facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry, following safety standards.

Qualifications include at least two years in general building and equipment maintenance, with a preference for technical high school or trade school graduates. Driver's license and CPR are required; proficiency with PM systems and basic MS Excel/Word is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years general building and equipment maintenance experience required.
• Four years Technical High School or Technical craft/trade school preferred.
• CPR and Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance throughout hospital areas following standard safety practices.
• Make minor plumbing and electrical repairs as directed.
• Perform light carpentry and other maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Use PM system and basic Microsoft Excel/Word.
