King & George, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities in a hospital setting. You will work across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related trades to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, reading manuals, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Hospital maintenance experience required (3+ years preferred).
• HVAC, building, equipment and utility maintenance experience.
• Must be able to speak, write and understand English.
• High School Degree or GED.
• Must be 21 years old.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment, electrical facilities and plumbing.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Replaces electrical components, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation for projects and repairs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all tasks.
