Job summary

KingsClean is hiring a Maintenance Team Member at Dallam Hospital in Dalhart, TX. This full-time role requires dependability and the ability to perform general maintenance tasks across the facility.

You will handle basic plumbing, electrical, and equipment upkeep, replace lighting, report safety concerns, and assist with moving heavy items. The position offers open shifts, a starting wage of $17.00 per hour, and opportunities for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance or handyman experience is preferred
• Must be dependable and able to work independently
• Must have open availability and be able to work different shifts as needed
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Must present a valid ID for fingerprint screening
• KingsClean will cover the cost of fingerprinting

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and maintenance issues
• Replace light bulbs, fixtures, and other minor building components
• Inspect facility areas and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Perform minor repairs to doors, locks, hardware, and equipment
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies when needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance work areas
• Respond to maintenance requests throughout the facility
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned
• Follow all KingsClean and facility safety procedures
• Assist with other maintenance duties as needed
