Qualifications

• 1–3 years of general building maintenance experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to follow up on tasks using a work order system.
• Experience with minor drywall and flooring; BAS and generator monitoring knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs as assigned.
• Assists in decisions on minor and routine repairs.
• Maintains equipment and performs minor repairs using power and hand tools.
• Completes minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, and drywall maintenance as needed.
• Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes maintenance work orders, tests and inspections.
• Reads and transmits complex instructions verbally and in writing.
